A foreign/remote client knew what they wanted from their building but not how to achieve it. We were their boots on the ground as project management to increase units by 20%. This was a lengthy real estate project with many moving parts from the plans and permitting, to existing lease renewals, construction, new leasing, and closing difficult DOB (Dept. of Buildings) permits.
